David Williamson extends chair appointment
David Williamson, professor in the Department of Information Science in the Cornell Ann S. Bowers College of Computing and Information Science and professor of Operations Research and Information Engineering (ORIE), has agreed to extend his appointment as Chair of the Department of Information Science, a role he has held since July 1, 2021, for an additional year.
“I am grateful for his continued leadership and vision to ensure the department continues its great work and builds a strong future,” said Dean Kavita Bala.
