CS Professor Lillian Lee Named 2018 ACM Fellow

Computer Science Professor Lillian Lee has been named one of the 56 new ACM Fellows for 2018, cited for "contributions to natural language processing, sentiment analysis, and computational social science."  The Fellows program, "ACM's most prestigious member grade," "recognizes the top 1% of ACM members for their outstanding accomplishments in computing and information technology and/or outstanding service to ACM and the larger computing community." The ACM (Association for Computing Machinery) is the world's largest and most prestigious association of computing professionals. ACM Fellow selection is based on professional experience and achievements, as well as contributions to the broader computing community.
